VAYTAP ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian data protection law. VAYTAP is a small business based in Belgium, offering NFC business cards, personalized NFC business cards, and Google Review NFC products. Official business registration information will be added here once available.

We process your personal data based on the actions you take to request a quote or place an order — in other words, when processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract once an order is confirmed.

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Quote request data is retained for a reasonable period to allow follow-up and then deleted if no order follows. Order information is kept for the duration of the order and a reasonable period afterward for customer service and record-keeping. Personalization files (such as logos) are kept while needed to produce and support your product.
