1. Products and services

VAYTAP offers the following products:

• NFC Business Cards
• Personalized NFC Business Cards
• Google Review NFC products
• Personalized Google Review NFC products

2. Product information

We make every effort to display product information, features and prices accurately. However, details such as materials, finishes and availability may change. If anything is unclear, please ask before placing an order.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required. Prices may change at any time. A confirmed quote fixes the price for the order it relates to. Personalized products are priced individually based on your requirements.

4. Quote requests

You can request a quote without obligation. A quote is an offer from VAYTAP and is valid for the period stated in it, or for a reasonable time if no period is stated. An order is only confirmed once you accept the quote and we confirm the order.

5. Orders

An order is accepted only when VAYTAP confirms it. We may decline an order, for example if information is missing, incorrect, or cannot be produced as requested.

6. Payment

Payment terms are agreed when your order is confirmed. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before production or dispatch of your order.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and depend on product availability and order confirmation. We will inform you of any significant delay. Delivery is made to the address you provide.

8. NFC Business Cards

NFC Business Cards are physical cards containing an NFC chip that links to a digital profile or custom link. The card is reusable and reprogrammable. You are responsible for providing the correct destination link.

9. Google Review NFC products

Google Review NFC products are designed to direct customers to a Google Review page with a tap or scan. You are responsible for providing a valid Google Review link. VAYTAP is not affiliated with Google and does not guarantee a specific number or rating of reviews.

10. Personalized / custom products

Personalized products are made to your specifications. You are responsible for providing correct information, including business name, logo, brand colors, URLs, QR destinations and Google Review links. VAYTAP is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

Because personalized products are made to order, they may be subject to different cancellation and return rules than standard products, in line with applicable Belgian and EU consumer law. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or return an order; your statutory rights remain protected.

11. Customer-supplied content

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, names, designs, URLs and other content you provide to VAYTAP. You are responsible for ensuring this content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

12. NFC and QR code functionality

NFC and QR code performance depends on the receiving device, its settings and its case. We configure products to direct to the link you provide, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device in every situation.

13. Device compatibility

Our products are designed to work with iPhone and Android devices that support NFC. No app is required for the tap function. QR codes can be scanned by any standard camera app.

14. Defective products

If a product is defective on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than the legal period after delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement or solution as appropriate.

15. Returns and cancellations

Standard products may be returned within the legal withdrawal period, unless an exception applies. Personalized products made to your specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights as a consumer under Belgian and EU law.

16. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Belgian law. This means a product must conform to what was agreed and remain fit for normal use. If a product is defective, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.

17. Liability

VAYTAP is liable only for direct damage caused by its products or services, to the extent permitted by Belgian law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for issues arising from incorrect information or links provided by you.

18. Intellectual property

The VAYTAP name, logo and designs are the property of VAYTAP. Customer-supplied content remains the property of the customer or its rightful owner. You grant VAYTAP the right to use your content only to produce and deliver your order.

19. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
